Rolling Coal Diesel Truck--Spotted in Eastern Ohio

In eastern Ohio near Wheeling, West Virginia, the heart of coal country, I spotted this diesel pick-up with after-market smokestacks installed to "roll coal," the obnoxious practice by hilljacks of blowing diesel soot on hybrid cars (this guy named his stacks "Prius repellent"). More on this practice here.

It's kind of fitting that I'm writing this on Labor Day.  People involved in coal who are hurting are being told by the coal barons to blame everyone but the people who deserve the blame, namely the coal barons who have looted Appalachia for the past 150 years.
